Reiki, Spiritual Coaching, Simplifying

The word "Ultreia" is a Latin exclamation commonly used by pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago, a centuries old pilgrimage across Spain to the final resting place of St. James the Great, in the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, Spain.

The word is used as encouragement to go beyond, further, or onward.

Which way do I go?
Path 1: Reiki
that goes beyond
Path 2: Coaching
to carry you further
Path 3: Simplifying
the path to move onward

Ultreia Reiki sessions incorporate a unique variety of sound healing and energy tools that can take your experience beyond what you might expect.

Ultreia Coaching combines elements of spiritually-based psychotherapy, metaphysics, and leadership to further your understanding whatever you choose to explore.

Ultreia Simplifying supports in clearing the physical obstacles that clutter your path so that you can leave behind what no longer serves you and move freely onward.

Great, but where should i start?

There is a saying on the Camino for times that the journey delivers an unexpected challenge - "The Camino will bring you what the Camino will bring you." The challenge may be inner, such as regulating your emotions and managing energy when the going gets tough. It may be spiritual; when life feels uncertain you may doubt you are supported by the Divine, or that a Higher Power even exists. And it may also be outer, such as keeping your physical body balanced and your belongings in order.

These types of challenges are not unique to those walking the Camino, they apply to each of us as we travel through life. What is important, and the meaning of this saying, is that the pilgrim accepts what shows up along the way. The pilgrim further trusts that whatever presents itself is necessary for personal growth and transformation. From this stance, regardless of the challenges you are currently facing, it matters less where you start or what direction you take, only that you get on the path and keep moving forward.

So my fellow pilgrim, in the spirit of the Camino, follow your intuition and choose any of the paths above. Stay on it for as long as you like, then shift direction to another path. Or, rotate between the 3 paths and see how they converge in your life. They are each designed to support your highest good and greatest joy, and instill a sense of peace to steady and ground you as navigate your own individual path through life.

The seashell, used in the Ultreia logo, is a waymarker and the primary symbol of the Camino.

When hung on a backpark, it marks the traveler as a pilgrim.

The lines of the shell signify the many paths that converge at the one, final destination.

It represents renewal, and protection - the intent of each Ultreia session.
