New to Reiki?
The word "Reiki" means "Universal life force energy." Reiki is a light hands-on technique in which the Reiki practitioner allows this life force energy to flow through their hands to the recipient. It is primarily used to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and activate the body's self-healing capability.
Reiki is not a religion, although it does work on a higher soul level that can be thought of as the spiritual dimension. Reiki can be taught and passed on to others; the power to practice Reiki is not limited to any select individual or group of people. While it has it's origin in Japan, it was brought to the US in the year 1900 and is now widely known and used in the western world.
What makes Ultreia Reiki Unique?
Ultreia Reiki sessions incorporate a variety of energy and sound healing methods, tailored to meet the comfort of each recipient. Sessions begin with intention setting, which helps to shine light on what additional methods may be of support during the session.
While receiving Reiki, recipients may experience periods of deep calm and peace, a release or letting go of obstacles to moving forward, or insight that supports the session intention.
Ultreia Reiki is more than self-care, it is deep soul-care.
