Simplifying is the process of assessing your physical world to determine what adds meaning to and supports you in the life you want to live, and what unnecessarily drains your energy. We may think that we need all that we are surrounded by, but when you allow yourself to pause and feel the energy and weight of your "stuff", you may realize the load you are carrying is too heavy. Simplifying helps you to lighten your load.
What makes Ultreia Simplifying Unique?
Ultreia founder, Amy, is a two time Camino Pilgrim and is well versed in lightening the load. Completing a 500 mile walk up and over a mountain, through steep valleys and rocky terrain, and long stretches of winding trails through the woods, vineyards, and sandy beaches can be hard on a body, even without wearing a backpack. A heavy pack compounds the pressure on the body with each step, making it less tolerable the further you go.
Pilgrims initially pack what they anticipate needing, and at each day's end reassess... how can the load be lightened further to make the journey more enjoyable? It is a daily practice, comprised of intentional decisions to let go of what is no longer needed.
Ultreia Simplifying helps you to do just that. This is not a massive spring cleaning, junk dump, or decluttering purge. It is a mindful release of the physical items you are surrounded by, a clearing of energy, and the creation of an environment that calms the soul. With less in the way, or on your back, you can freely travel onward.
